5:2 Fast Day Recipes

I’ve been doing the 5:2 diet for a little while now, and I’ve embarked on a bit of a personal mission to see how much food I can cram into 500 calories on my fasting days.  I blog my recipes, but if you don’t want to sift through pages and pages, you can find them here, all neatly categorised.  I’ll be adding as I go along, so keep checking back!
